- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Rinse the broccoli under cool water and chop into bite-sized florets.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Pour the dressing over and toss until evenly coated.
