- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
- 2. Cook the sausage slices until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, boil salted water in a separate pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- 4. Add minced garlic and halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet with sausage. Sauté until sprouts are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir in the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- 6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
