  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper; let simmer for 10 minutes.
