  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  2. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan over low heat; stir in cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Allow to cool slightly; whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
