  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 8 small corn tortillas (or crunchy taco shells)
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed with juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  3. Dip each shrimp into flour, then egg, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Warm taco shells and fill each with crispy shrimp, drizzle with sauce, add mashed avocado, sprinkle with cilantro, and finish with lime juice.
