Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
- Stir in garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add bell peppers and cook until just tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Toss drained pasta into the skillet with the sauce. If too thick, add reserved pasta water until creamy.
