- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, minced garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
