Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar; mix well. Fold in eggnog, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sour cream.
- Add eggs one at a time on low speed until just combined.
- Pour filling into crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
