  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup eggnog or nog flavoring
  • ½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden. Cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time. Fold in heavy cream and eggnog.
  5. Add nutmeg and cinnamon; pour filling over cooled crust.
  6. Bake for 55-65 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside for one hour.
  7. Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
