  • 1 cup eggnog

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon until fully blended.
  5. Pour the filling onto the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  6. Turn off the oven, crack the door open slightly, and cool for about an hour. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
