Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, ½ cup granulated sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, remaining sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder until smooth. Gently fold in raspberries.
