- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cooked shrimp, crab meat, half of the Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley gently.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add heavy cream to the saucepan; simmer while stirring continuously to create Alfredo sauce.
- Combine seafood filling with the Alfredo sauce.
- Spread Alfredo sauce on each noodle, add a spoonful of filling at one end, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
