- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder until well combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour and salt; gently fold into the wet mixture.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, layer with mini marshmallows and remaining graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips, then top with the rest of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
