  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup jasmine rice (uncooked)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients for smooth cooking.
  2. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and fluff once done.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey and sriracha until smooth; taste and adjust spice level if needed.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush both sides generously with the honey sriracha glaze.
  5. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for about 4 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Remove salmon from the pan; add bell peppers and carrots to sauté for about 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  7. Assemble your bowl by layering rice, placing salmon on top, followed by sautéed veggies. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
