Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper on another baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until charred and tender.
- In a food processor, combine toasted hazelnuts, roasted red bell pepper, garlic cloves, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Once the broccoli is ready, drizzle with the romesco sauce and gently toss to combine.
