- 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced (deseeded for less heat)
- 2 ripe peaches, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Add jalapeños and peaches. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
