- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- Season the ribeye steak with blackening seasoning and sear in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until charred and tender. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add more butter if necessary, then sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (3-4 minutes).
