  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and orange zest.
  5. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the cranberries.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
