- 8 oz phyllo dough (thawed)

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 cups fresh spinach (sautéed)
- 6 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup butter or olive oil (melted)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground meat; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in sautéed spinach, feta, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out phyllo sheets on a clean surface; brush each layer with melted butter or olive oil.
- In a greased baking dish, place half the phyllo sheets at the bottom. Spread the meat mixture evenly on top.
- Cover with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each again with butter or oil.
- Tuck edges neatly and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
