  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced thinly

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with jerk seasoning and lime juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
